Privacy, kept local.

Knowledge Note Bridge is designed so your notes, cards, Anki collection, backups, manifests, and sync reports stay on your computer. The CLI has no telemetry and makes no request except to the AnkiConnect endpoint you configure.

Documentation site

The site does not use analytics, advertising cookies, third-party fonts, or third-party scripts. Its local diff demo processes pasted Markdown in your browser and does not transmit or persist it. If you unlock Steward and choose “Save demo report,” that report is stored only in your browser’s local storage.

Licenses and payment

If you paste or return with a Steward license, the site stores it under sb_license:knowledge-note-bridge in local storage. At most once per day, it sends that token to Sociobot’s verification API. It sends no notes or demo contents. Checkout is hosted by Sociobot/Dodo, the merchant of record; their policies apply to payment data.

Your controls

Clear this site’s storage in your browser to remove the token, cached verdict, and saved demo report. Delete .knb/ in a project to remove local manifests and reports after retaining any recovery records you need.
