Terms of use.

Knowledge Note Bridge is open-source software provided under the MIT License. These terms cover the documentation site and the optional Steward purchase.

Your responsibility

Review every dry-run plan and confirm that Anki created a usable backup before relying on a sync. Software cannot guarantee against device failure, Anki add-on changes, malformed collections, or manual edits made outside the bridge. You remain responsible for your notes and backups.

Steward purchase

Steward costs $19 as a one-time purchase and unlocks the browser conveniences listed on the product page for the current major version. Core CLI use, safety behavior, accessibility, and data export are not paid features. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles payment and refunds. A refund automatically revokes the license.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with checkout or license verification, distribute purchased license tokens, or use the service unlawfully. You may use, modify, and redistribute the CLI under its MIT License.

Warranty and liability

The software and site are provided “as is,” without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sociobot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
